turning 21..

it's been a long while since i last blogged. :D yes, i recently turned 21. yea...with lots of thoughts cluttering up my mind and racing and slowing down at a maddening pace. :) well, nothing changed overnight, besides the fact that i may now vote during election. :) hehe..

first of all.. there was a surprise birthday celebration on 13th night. CF was unusually long that night..much to those who were organizing d party's dismay..was 11 plus when we ended. so we waited for phebe 2 drive us for supper...a usual routine for all of us.

when we got into the car, i was asked 2 be blind-folded cos we were heading somewhere. soon after fumbling through some roads, (well..u kno phebe) we finally reach the destination. it was Sense Cafe..somewhere i have never been before. I heard some performers strumming a note or two and a horrible thought crossed my mind..they are bringing me upstage!!! NOOO!

fortunately, it was not in the cafe's policy to invite any tom,dick and harry up to perform, much less to be made a fool of. :D praise the Lord.

my lovely housemates,charis,phebe and alice grabbed d opportunity 2 bully me.=P made me identify 3 of our friends jus by touching their hands n face. there was cassandra-mistaken as gillian, melvin-altho he tiptoed, david-mistaken as adrian.

then, i was forced- yes literally FORCED to say it out loud:
a) i love SABAH!
b) i love SARAWAK!
c) i love KUANTAN! (due to much falsehood in dis particular statement; i refused 2 mouth that - thou shalt not lie) =P

i guess all the hometown bashing we had resulted to this. haha...nonetheless, we enjoyed practising patriotism. i had my 21st bday cake - yogurt cheese cake from secret recipe. thus was the celebration we had. memorable indeed.

we had a game of bowling..me, kelvin and alice. looking at the players, u mite guess who wud conquer the game - kel laaa..then again, always expect the unexpected..when you play with alice..haha

1st game: Alice won!! the downfall of kelvin, the sabah bowling king..
2nd game:
well, he managed to do some honour to his title on d 2nd game..
and..
3rd game:
behold..
the highest scorer emerges in the 3rd game. ;) guess who? ;) it was btw...a treat for the 3rd game. i was elated for beating my own record of 86. :D and of cos..for defeating kelvin.:D lol..praise God!
