when love becomes an obssession..

Seeking

The intensity of God’s love..

Can you feel it?

Many a times we quote verses that describe God’s unfailing, unconditional love..but we sometimes fail to grasp the passion of Him pursuing us. So when God says in the bible that..

• “if you seek him, he will be found..” 1 Chronicles 28:9
• “I seek the Lord ,and He answered me..” Psalms 34:4
• “seek His face always..” Psalms 105:4
• “and those who seek me find me..” Proverbs 8:17
• “seek the Lord while he may be found..” Isaiah 55:6
• “you will seek me and find me..” Jeremiah 29:13
• “rewards those who earnestly seek him..” Hebrews 11:6

how have I responded?

The question is...am I desperately seeking God?

I’m at awe at my friends who has been consistently asking questions about my faith. The bible verses that have been disputed, debated..made me realise that people are seeking. Some of us don’t even give a second thought to the verses we read..taking it forgranted.

It has, in many ways, encouraged me to be grounded in the Word. Amidst all these questions are hearts with voids to fill - a God-shaped void that only the presence of God can seal.

That’s the wonder of God’s creation.

I thank God for friends who have been asking me questions.

I pray that one day..just one fine day.. they will come to know of Him…
