new year...new resolutions?

time flies..it's already d last day of january!

maybe becos 3/4 of it was spent on revision for exams..therefore it still feels like i've jus celebrated january 1st a week ago or smt. what do i feel burdened to talk about in this blog...is dat i'm officially halfway through!

i'm :
- happy; cos i made it this far (praise God!), got to know a bunch of lovely frens,
- heavy hearted; cos i'm really gonna miss the bunch of frens in uni..d fact dat we hang out most of the time to eat, hang out in each other's place, stand by each other in in times of trouble, sit on the swing in the park during late nights jus for chats, share our secrets with one another, celebrate birthdays together, attend church/cf/classes together....oh boy, im sure gonna miss our noisy bunch.


this bunch...yea, i think i know d least about make-up and dress up amongst them..i bet u can tell.

i've recently met up with some frens whom i've known since my schooling days. it's fun to hang out once again with each other and crack some old jokes (mak nenek:P) and catch up on each other's life. it has been FIVE years since i left school. hard to swallow that (dysphagia:D). i'm glad to know dat most of us havent changed much apart from how we look.

FOURTH day of chinese new year!

of the days of stuffing myself with scrumptous 8-course meals, the first day was of cos, the best.:)

jus wanna say..it feels so good to enjoy holidays...especially after a gruelling exam period. yea..say bye bye to the 3-in-1 regular nescafe sachets.:P think my caffeine threshold has increased..it's directly propotional to the number of years i spent in dentistry.:P too bad for me... i'm.. GASPSSS...exactly halfway through my course now!!!! haha...talk bout being old.

i'll be meeting 4 of my schoolmies, (i say schoolmies cos dey're not jus my primary school frens, dey went thru ALL the years of schooling in mgs with me...including my secondary school days) in new world park. gosh..d jam is incredible in town..-.-

before i forget; i shall seize dis opportunity to say GONG XI FA CAI!!

tmr's the day before Medicine paper. :P we're sloughing thru our exam papers during dis festive season? it's jus so sad..

think about it this way...

dental faculty has the most organized holidays..compared to other faculties. they may ensalve us for exams before holidays..repeat; before.
But...
it could have been AFTER! den we'll be munching chinese new year cookies with one hand and oral pathology notes on d other hand. dat's even sadder.

oh well..i shall not complain.
